Disclaimer

 First and foremost, life coaching is not therapy. Although I come from a therapeutic background and am an unlicensed therapist (formally known as a registered psychotherapist) in the state of Colorado, I will not be providing therapy sessions. Rather, I will be assisting YOU in determining your dreams and goals and creating a path to get you there. Whether it be an unsatisfactory position standing in your way or unexpected life changes/ challenges, I will be with you every step of the way. By using mindfulness techniques and accountability measures, I will ensure you are meeting your goals and reaching your highest potential.   

Live Sessions

 When booking live sessions with one of our coaches, we expect you to be on time, on Zoom. Colorado residents within the Denver Metro area may opt for in-person sessions at a mutual meeting location.

We understand that sometimes you may need to rearrange your session, we ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes to enable to the session to be used by another client. If you rearrange or cancel within 48 hours, you may be subject to cancellation fee and this will be calculated at our discretion.

Terms and Conditions 

If you choose to receive services with Radiance Life Coaching, LLC then a legally binding contract will be formed between you and Radiance Life Coaching, LLC. Examples of the terms of that contract are as set out here, while the full contract will be signed during your initial consultation. 

Payment

All clients are expected to abide by the payment policy. Payment is to be received prior to any services being provided. Clients will receive an invoice for their upcoming services once scheduled. Clients may pay by ACH via Square or PayPal. All clients are expected be on time for their scheduled sessions. Though, I understand life circumstances may result in cancellation. Clients are expected to cancel 48 hours prior to their scheduled session. A late fee may be assessed for an amount determined in your individual contract.


You are responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise,  we may suspend your access to services until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.. Upon signing these Terms you agree to pay in full. We reserve the right to suspend the coaching services, terminate the contract between us, or have a collection agency involved if our charges are overdue for payment by you.

Results and Liability

The satisfaction of our clients is Radiance Life Coaching’s highest priority and we are committed to providing the best tools, coaching skills and methods. The Services are provided with reasonable skill and care by a coach who is professional and experienced. The client is fully responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside of the Services provided. Radiance Life Coaching, LLC is released from any liability claims and clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions during and as a result of the Service.

General

No waiver or any amendment to these terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us. This contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Colorado.
